Reschedules/Cancels are allowed 48 hours or more before the scheduled appointment time. Unfortunately with less notice then that, it is very hard and almost impossible to refill a time slot. There is a 50% of the minimum fee of service that will be charged if there is less then 48 hours notice. If there is an emergency/sickness causing you to need to reschedule, please message my Facebook page directly- this is the ONLY form of communication I will check for my business. This heads up gives me the opportunity to help accommodate you at another time more efficiently, and directly get in touch with those on my cancellation list to hopefully get your slot filled so I can still try to pay my bills! :) If I do not get a message in adequate time, I cannot refill the spot and unfortunately have no choice but to enforce my cancellation policy. I have been very understanding and lenient on these policies in the past but unfortunately it has been taken advantage of too many times, and I have 2 little boys, a dog, and a turtle 🐢 at home I still need to provide for first and foremost 💕 There is a 75% of minimum service charge for a complete no-show with no contact or cancellation by self online. Pleaseeee don’t do this one 🥹🙏🏻😅 just cancel it online at any time, 3am, whatever is convenient for you… but please don’t ghost on me, I will literally be worried thinking you got in an accident and be debating if I need to social media stalk you to find your best friend and do a wellness check 😫😭 don’t scare me like that! 🥹🥲
